Kallivretakis: its all Greek to me[edit]

This claim "The local inhabitants of Dhërmi are ethnic Greeks" doesn't pass the WP:EXTRAORDINARY because it takes a single local Notable person from the area to not be an ethnic Greek to make Dhërmi multiethnical than "The local inhabitants of Dhërmi are ethnic Greeks" and also surely it's a source from 1995, 28 years ago giving the fact that in these last 30 years Albanian Nationals (Ethnic Minorities included) have migrated In and Out, Up and Down. Kallivretakis is an academic source and 100% reliable. This looks like WP:IDONTLIKEIT. There is nothing extraordinary about an ethnic Greek village in Albania, there are literally over 100 of them.
