Climate crisis[edit]

Hi folks. The article does not seem to explicitly mention the climate crisis even though the extreme heat is clearly linked to increasing temperatures around the globe and plenty of media have reflected this in their coverage – examples: NPR, The Guardian, El País.

Air Vents Closed[edit]

I've seen multiple people talking about how the stadium closed the air vents to prevent people outside from watching which caused the heat index to go up- can someone confirm that this is true and if so add it? Hurricane Icy|Talk🌿 05:08, 23 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
