Darrell's little brother, Larry[edit]

i was in the 4th grade at Sagamore Hill Elementary and one of my best buddies was a guy named Larry Glenn. We were over at his house in 1955 and he had a big tape recorder and said his dad had written a song for his big brother Darrell, "Crying in the Chapel". We listed to it and a life time has passed and i was listening to "Elvis Sings Gospel" and the song was on it. i always wondered if his dad did, indeed, write what became a classic.
