Valerie Harper[edit]

Hello everyone. There has been a lot of back and forth regarding the name of Valerie Harper (and not only!) on the page. Most probably Valerie is going to be on the cast but since the official announcement is not going to happen till September 4th, many are removing her name. I would suggest, before an administrator interferes from the lots of redirections, to not add any of the names, rumored or sure ones, to the page and wait for the official announcement at the GMA from ABC! Voting format section[edit]

I have removed the Voting Format section from the article as it looked like it was just copied and pasted straight from the official website. It is now in the main lead of the article (before the couples section) and reworded so it doesn't look like it was just copied and pasted. --MSalmon (talk) 21:01, 21 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Best & Worst Jazz Dance scores needs editing[edit]

How can Bill Nye have BOTH the best and worst scores for the Jazz dance with a 16? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.9.88.75 (talk) 02:16, 1 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Because he is the only one who danced it till now and 16 is both best and worst at the moment. When someone else dance Jazz in the upcoming weeks, the table will be updated. TeamGale 02:58, 1 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sorting ability[edit]

Dances not performed[edit]

I removed this paragraph from the leadin to the article:

Despite making it to the finals each couple that made it to the finals had multiple unlearned dances, Corbin did not learn the Samba, Disco, Charleston or Salsa, Bill did not learn Contemporary, Waltz, Jazz, or Rumba, Jack did not learn Contemporary, Charleston, Disco, or Salsa, and Amber did not learn Contemporary, Argentine Tango, Disco, or Waltz.

This is not really notable; simple arithmetic says that with 17 styles in use this season, there is no way any one contestant can do all of them. It might be worth noting somewhere in the body of the article, but it's simply not important enough for the lead-in. Samer (talk) 03:21, 27 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
