Keeping it as an article[edit]

I intend on keeping this article and working on it so it fits Wikipedia's standard, as I've been doing for the past couple days. User Nymf's concern in keeping the article stems from the general issue of notability and abruptly arrives and reverts it. I'm in the process of making a drastic change to this article about one of the show's break out characters and I see no reason to hinder that development without any proper and formal justification. Inappropriate links[edit]

I recently removed a number of links from this article's text and infobox. Another editor re-added many of the links, but I have again removed them. The pages 'Sage', 'Rose', and 'Charlotte' have nothing to do with The Vampire Diaries. The names 'Katherine Pierce' and 'Caroline Forbes' link via redirect to List of The Vampire Diaries characters, and the name 'Rebekah Mikaelson' links via redirect to Original Vampires (The Vampire Diaries). Only Stefan Salvatore and Elena Gilbert are currently Wikipedia pages dedicated to Vampire Diaries characters. Please be careful if adding or re-adding links to individual characters. It's just a suggestion but you should at the end of the love triangle sentence, you should put "1864" which is when they met Katherine and fall in love with her. I don't think the detail on the year really informs us about much if the character is fictional, probably not needed for the lead. Also, the line with "Katerina" in it didn't make sense anyway, so I've just taken it out instead. ‑‑Volteer1 (talk) 08:14, 29 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
