I was bold and redirected this article space to go to main article on Washington, D.C. for the following reasons:

Every topic mentioned here has its own article space, e.g. Theater in Washington, D.C., Media in Washington, D.C., Sports in Washington, D.C., and each one of those page is also linked from the main article
Any information present here is redundant from the main article
No information that would be presented here couldn't just be included in the other sub-topic articles instead
