Does cuisine belong here?

I've merged the two sections on cuisine and split out the 'spices' part as well as quieting the part about western culture entering the scene. There is still much work to do on this article and I think the section on cuisine is too large for abig part of the religion and it should be re-written to an extent but I don't have time to do it now as I'm helping my daughter with her dissertation! I'll come back to it at a later date unless someone beats me to it but please add any comments meanwhile and I'll try to incorporate them when the time comes.
