Merge[edit]

Not seeing the need for a separate article based on the sourcing. Is there more that discusses the set as a series? If not, the majority of the sourcing appears to retread the content of the first game's article. A separate section about the "series" or legacy of the original game might include everything that needs to be said about the series. There's no need to break out a separate article unless there is a need for it. I am no longer watching this page—ping if you'd like a response czar 16:12, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Already created expanded the series' reception and legacy to incorporate more of the sequel. Godzilladude123 (talk) 16:06, 15 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

– I think at this point, with 3 major games, the series is the clear primary topic rather than the first game in the series. ZXCVBNM (TALK) 10:02, 10 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support per nom. Only under exceptional circumstances is a single game primary over its series (in essence, the sum is almost always greater than its parts). -- Netoholic @ 18:57, 10 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support Per the page views, the first game doesn't seem to be primary topic over the others (especially since some people searching for Crackdown series article could just land on the 1st video game article instead) at [1]. Jovanmilic97 (talk) 21:39, 11 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
