Untitled[edit]

Fixed the mayor's name as well as that of the city manager. Also did some grammar editing. I'm not too sure if the guy from 1310 AM merits notability, but I'm leaving it in. Texas (talk) 01:35, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The "Guy" from 1310 is George Dunham and has brought pride and recognition to Coppell. Don Carter used to live in Coppell when he owned the Dallas Mavericks. Apparently he now lives in Denton. Starrymessenger (talk) 03:20, 14 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The map coordinates for Coppell at the top right are wrong...the ones given put it in Oak Cliff, way too far south...that needs to be fixed. (colonyrice)

Removed the reference to local shops having 50% off sales to mark the "momentus occasion" of the snow storm. This comment had no references and was not relevent to the section. The sale comment was apparently inserted by a desperate strip mall children's clothing store owner.

Incorrect Geocode[edit]

The Latitude and Longitude for Cockrell Hill, TX were accidentally entered for Coppell. The Wikipedia icon for Coppell in Google Maps is over Cockrell Hill and not Coppell. I would fix it myself, but I don't know how. 173.74.60.91 (talk) 16:52, 30 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Geocode still incorrect[edit]

Four years ago it was pointed out that the coordinates used for Coppell are actually that of Cockrell Hill, Texas. This still needs correcting. If someone could direct me on how to find this info, I would gladly correct it. Apstockholm (talk) 22:26, 26 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
