Pushing up the daisies[edit]

Coop Norden was never profitable and was dissolved in 2007; the article should be updated to reflect that... DES (talk) 01:19, 28 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Could you please find a reference for this, since the Coop Norge web site still claims to be a subsidiary of Coop Norden. Arsenikk (talk) 15:28, 28 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It seems the nature of COOP Norden has changed from a company, to an agreement between the co-ops for joint purchasing of goods. --Eivindt@c 21:09, 28 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It seems that doesn't really make it a company. The FDB site is perfectly clear that the company is defunct and dissolved and the replacement – Coop Trading A/S – is a different beast that involves the Finns. — LlywelynII 03:42, 1 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:Logo Coop Norway.png[edit]

The image Image:Logo Coop Norway.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Brugsen (KNB)[edit]

Isn't owned by this company at all. Removed.

On the other hand, a note above seems to suggest that this entity no longer exists as a company but rather as a brand and arrangement of purchasing agreements among other cooperatives? If so, we should reflect that in the article and not make these companies look like subsidiaries. — LlywelynII 03:11, 1 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The FDB site is pretty clear on the point (as is Coop Norden's own page). 'll change the text. — LlywelynII 03:43, 1 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
