Article name[edit]

I realize "Ó Ciosoig" is the traditional Irish spelling of his name but I've never seen it spelt that way. He's always credited as "Colm O'Ciosoig."--Lairor (talk) 22:14, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

How about a pronunciation guide for the name? I thought it was pronounced "Cusack", but I really have no idea. AllGloryToTheHypnotoad (talk) 00:13, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In this podcast (at 39:40), Fiachna Ó Braonáin pronounces it something like /ˌkɒləm oʊˈkiːsɒg/. But then I'm not Irish, and Fiachna also pronounces his own name with some Irish vowels I can't even begin to transcribe, so maybe I'm not helping much. Prouder Mary 14:57, 27 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
