Walt Disney purchased?[edit]

It says the horse were purchased by Walt in 1967, but didn't he die in 1966?--Hailey 20:21, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

According to the article Walt Disney, Walt died on December 15, 1966. He probably had found the carousel and arranged the purchase, but it wasn't concluded until the following year. More research needed.Thomprod (talk) 13:10, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Carrousel or Carousel[edit]

As of January 22, 2008, the current Walt Disney World guidemap to the Magic Kingdom spells the word with the double R. Thomprod (talk) 18:42, 19 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That's very interesting, because the map you can view on Disney's website spells it with the single 'r'. Both are considered correct, but I wish they would pick one in their own media. I just checked the site today and the spelling is Carousel. I guess the question is, which one should be considered 'correct' for the attraction. Arrjay74 (talk) 18:58, 19 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
