Untitled[edit]

Cimarron City in Logan County Oklahoma was established in 1973. Since the Cimarron City TV series ran twenty-five years earlier in 1958, it is possible that the name of the TV show was inspired by the city of Cimarron, Kansas which was established in 1878 and is about twenty miles west of Dodge City. <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cimarron,_Kansas> Wes Adams (talk) 12:21, 6 June 2015 (UTC)Wes Adams[reply]
