But why is it called 'Cheltenham'?[edit]

It seems to me that there's information missing from the History section, namely what was located in Cheltenham St. Louis prior to the Icarians settling? If the area already held the name of Cheltenham, that suggests some link with the original Cheltenham in England (as is the case with all other Cheltenhams around the world).
