Trivia sux!

Malicious gossip it should be called, implicitly calling evil demons to possess and evoke embarassing compulsive behavior over any redistributor of the subject under that section. I just wanted to see if an actress that I deem pretty gifted, having got enough roles to make a living – i did not want any anatomical details! Grr!! I have no idea of what you are trying to say here!! Govvy 12:12, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

Poor

No way this is true that she's poor now, I can understand not having any active roles, but to be poor, this has to be a mistype. The Cleveland Browns are awesome! (talk) 17:56, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

I mean, they still have the DVD sales for that show and other things that I'm sure is bringing in money for her to manage. I also found a profile for her name on facebook saying she's in college and graduating this year, is this true? The Cleveland Browns are awesome! (talk) 17:59, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Early life?

Did Charisma and her family move to san Diego? Some sources say that the family moved to Mexico and then to San Diego. Other sources say that the family moved to Mexico and she attended the school of creative and performing arts by commuting between Mexico and San Diego?

Was she discovered by a commercial agent while waitressing in Los Angeles or was she discovered by a theartical agent in her dad's San Diego restaurant? I'm not sure which one is true because each source says either one or the other. GRLrocker0 October 9 2008 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.215.27.55 (talk) 21:30, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

Fansites

Thanks to Duribald for bringing the rule to my attention as I had not read that rule when adding the site. Still it does not stop all fan sites and I added it as it seems like a reliable source of useful information on this topic. Several rules seem in play here e.g. “External links in biographies of living persons must be of high quality and are judged by a stricter standard than for other articles”.

So can I confirm that even with the site being mention in the Buffy magazine, the actress being aware of the site and occasional using it herself, it has been praised in several magazines and a newspaper, and being used by the BBC as a source for a story that is still not enough (plus it has received external certification and won awards but I am not sure how significant they are)? The site does seem to contain some interesting info and a nice collection of articles. However, it also contains factual errors (like saying that ms Carpenter is still married) and does not have official status nor is it written by an authority who meets Wikipedias notability criteria. -Duribald (talk) 13:21, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

Departure from Angel

"Although her character leaves the series during Angel's fourth season, Carpenter returned for the 100th episode in the fifth and final season because she felt that Cordelia's fans deserved closure after the controversy of her unexplained removal from the show." Would it be possible to explain this unexplained removal here, in this article? Aalgar (talk) 00:38, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

That's not even true. It wasn't an unexplained removal, she went into a coma, and they talked about it a lot. ZODtheReaper (talk) 17:43, 22 February 2009 (UTC)
Her character went into a coma. That doesn't explain why Charisma Carpenter was removed from the show.Objix (talk) 01:25, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
