Change alley name origin.[edit]

I believe the more likely origin of the name change alley came from London in the 1700's where the world's first stock exchange was opened at Jonathon's coffe house near Change Alley in London(Christopher Viney, Financial Institutions, Instruments and Markets 5ed,p.193, 2007.) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 124.177.241.56 (talk) 12:51, 6 May 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Origins[edit]

Look forward to a section on the pre- and postwar Change Alley, a kind of fleamarket with a selection of top range goods, copies, small shops and general markets that the modern streamlined buildings replaced. Julia Rossi 06:20, 6 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Removing this external link[edit]

The archive link Change Alley Merchants Association is working, but there is nothing encyclopaedic in this particular external link. It was a former website of the merchants association with hardly any information. As such, I am removing it from the article. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 12:36, 19 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
