Cleanup / Rewrite Needed

This article could use a major rewrite. It sounds as though it was created by running the French version of the page through Altavista's Babel Fish translation program. There are many sentence fragments and sentences which don't make sense. I'd give it a try myself if I were knowlegeable on the subject of the article.
