@Toyonbro and SL93: New enough and long enough. QPQ present. This hook needs a geographic clue badly. Before I saw "XHDTV", I thought we were headed to Ciudad Juárez, and I'm a topic expert on Mexican broadcasting! A reader with no background might be extra doubly lost.

A note to Toyonbro: Most of the short references were broken because of incorrect or nonexistent SFN keys. Note the edits I've made to fix this. See WP:SRF.
