This page used to redirect simply to Harper, Liberia. The two are sufficiently distinct to warrent their own page, IMHO.

Sister cities?[edit]

In none of the respective Wikipedia articles for the claimed neighborhoods, boroughs, and cities is there any mention of a sister or twin relationship with Liberia or subdivision thereof. The article List of twin towns and sister cities in Africa shows no entry for Liberia; the corresponding List of sister cities in the United States shows only Monrovia, Liberia as the sister city of Dayton, Ohio.

Global Sister Cities and of Maryland Sister States Program present only the claim of a sister-city relationship between Gbarnga and Baltimore, Maryland; and also of a sister-county/state reationship between Bong County jointly with Maryland County, Liberia and the State of Maryland.

Sister Cities International unfortunately has no readily available published listing.[1]

Since no substantiation has been produced for the alleged relationships, the section will be deleted. If a relationship for Harper, Liberia can be documented, it should be added to the article for that city. —Ziusudra (talk) 20:43, 2 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
