Shouldn't Disambiguation entries shouldn't be on a page separate of this definition page?[edit]

Shouldn't this page be its own entry and not on the same page with the "see also" disambiguation entries? People are mislabeling links to this page in other pages that use the word and are asking people to disambiguate their links to the page in the instances where this is the one they intend. Actually the problem is I made an entry in the past that I forgot about that looks wrong, adding a definition to the page. Can someone fix this so it's correct? It appears the definition for the word needs to be on a different page, or removed altogether if it can't be done. I guess I've forgotten how to create the page that would be needed.
