PROMOTION

This article reads like a promo pamphlet, all the great amenities. The only thing missing is the guys in the Mickey Mouse and Goofy suits.

I un-bolded the reference to "Anthony's pizza pizzerias" and removed the above (dead) link. --Y-M4N 16:27, 22 July 2007 (UTC)

955 acres is not 360.000 m^2 but ~3.860.000 m^2! 146.124.141.250 (talk) 07:09, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

Have changed the area to better reflect the size. It seems the error is present in the globalsecurity.org site used as a reference. I'm assuming 955 acres is correct as all other areas mentioned are in acres, including one rounding the bases ares to 1,000 acres. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.36.217.19 (talk) 19:30, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

Simple question: IS this the biggest NATO base in Europe outside its member states?

Mind that prior to 2008 it was established at UN administred province of Serbia and since it is disputed today, by UN Recognoized borders and agreement that ended Kosovo conflict (UN resolution 1244, Kumanovo agreeement) it is established as peacekeeping base on terittory of Serbia, but without Serbian gouverment de facto control. Unlitaral secession doesnt change documents base was established upon. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.175.82.122 (talk) 02:50, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
