Anne Boleyn[edit]
I think I read in Éigse that this song was about Anne Boleyn (like Green Sleeves), but have lost the reference. She probably spent part of her childhood in Tipperary/Kilkenny. I think the tune is also used for one version of the Croppy Boy. Can anyone confirm?--User:Shtove.
