Article name[edit]

Is there a compelling reason for this article being named "Black Warrior" instead of "CSS Black Warrior"? Maralia 00:02, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't have any evidence one way or the other of it being formally commissoned. . I guess for consistency's sake I'd change it to "CSS" Hollingsworth 23:44, 26 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Merge[edit]

Perhaps merged into the event? Seeing as most of the article is just a description of the event Mkmetalhead (talk) 21:21, 29 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Personally I'd rather see it as a separate article. The ship was, after all, only a few years old before it's destruction. However, I could expand its prewar history a bit.Hollingsworth (talk) 20:59, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
