I would like to point out that I am a well-informed Muganda. I feel violated when my own country is not presented correctly in any forum. Wikipedia has done injustice to the Kingdom of Buganda by calling the Ssaabaluuli of Buluuli county a Kabaka. Please be informed that, the Kingdom of Buganda dates back to the 12th Century, that the country called Uganda is a recent creation of the British colonialists in 1894 and that Uganda is the Kiswahili form of Buganda meaning the land of the Baganda. The Kingdom of Buganda consists of 18 counties, of which is Buluuli. The Ssaabaluli is simply the titular head of the Baluuli and is neither the ruler nor the Kabaka of Buluuli county, one of the 18 which make up Buganda. Recognizing the Ssaabaluuli as a ruler of Buluuli county was not only sacrilegeous but illegal on the part of the present regime led by President Museveni. Hence there is only one Kabaka of Buganda, His Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II, the 36th Kabaka of Buganda.

This regime has time and time again refused to recognize our cultural heritage and has indulged in acts detrimental to the existence of our traditions and customs creating administrative structures foreign to the Baganda and the rest of the country. We have made it clear to them, by referenda, our preference for the Federal structure which was carefully set up by agreement between all the ethnic groups of Uganda, in 1961 prior to gaining independence from Britain the following year. This arrangement lasted until 1966 when it was overthrown. Hence all the constitutional arrangements since the 1966 crisis up the present, are therefore illegal and wrong because they were imposed on us against our will and perpetuated by the force of arms. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.31.120.81 (talk) 13:44, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
