Proposal to split article[edit]

Hi, I would like to propose for the contents of this article to be split. Bukit Timah will retain its name, but will refer exclusively to the hill; while there will be a separate article created, Bukit Timah (district), which will refer only to the district/region of Bukit Timah. Alternatively, the name of the second article can also be Bukit Timah (region) or otherwise, where deem fitting. Currently, contents on the two differing topics are placed together in this article, which can bring about confusion in readers unfamiliar with the topic. To ensure clarity of article topic, I believe a split will do great and is best for the topic. I look forward to your comments and suggestions. Do also volunteer any knowledge you have on this topic.
