Category[edit]

I'm trying to add a category. In square brackets: Category:List of Brighton and Hove inhabitants - but it seems to take me into an edit mode for a new page. I'm not sure as to what I have done wrong.Brizes 10:52, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

List of Brighton and Hove inhabitants isn't a category; it's an article. There's a difference. The closest existent category is category:People from Brighton and Hove by settlement, which is itself split into two categories. Wikipedia's taxonomy isn't always clear :) Chris Cunningham 18:38, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
