Photographs[edit]

Does anyone have a good photograph of a 175 in their new Arriva livery? David Arthur 16:00, 20 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Which Arriva livery? There's pictures of the green/white one on google but the latest livery (Barbie first with an Ariva sticker on the side) is a bit too recent. There could be some pics on North Wales Coast Railway website but not sure which pages.Naked draughtsman 16:52, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I think this [1] may be the sort of thing what we're after. I hope to catch one of them and take a nice uncopyrighted picture soon, but all I seem to see on my commute are 158s and the (majority) old livery 175s. Ansbaradigeidfran (talk) 21:59, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Got one: The quality's not fantastic, but it was from a mobile phone, through a window ;) Ansbaradigeidfran (talk) 17:44, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Based on mark 3/4 coach[edit]

Are these based on the mark 3 or 4 coach? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.248.222.190 (talk) 09:02, August 24, 2007 (UTC)

They’re from Alstom’s Coradia family — I’ve never heard anything to suggest direct descent from either BR design, though they certainly bear much more resemblance to the Mark IV than the Mark III. David Arthur 14:42, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
All modern trains (other than the Turbostar and Electrostar trains which are based on the Networker) are brand new designs and are not derived from BR designs. Unisouth (talk) 09:41, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Just to let you know, the Commons category for Class 175s is now completely sorted by operator and livery. -mattbuck (Talk) 17:41, 24 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
