Military Service[edit]

Before some jag decides to remove the military service section again, I demand you explain why you feel the need to do so.

Look up WP:ABOUTSELF and WP:BLPPRIMARY. Find news articles that discuss the military service in the context of his work. Morbidthoughts (talk) 16:25, 2 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

United States Army Reserve[edit]

I think one could reasonably source a minimal statement about service in the United States Army Reserve, though obviously the detail in previous versions was wildly inappropriate. Perhaps "As of 2015 Torgersen was a chief warrant officer in the United States Army Reserve.[1]"? With better reference formatting of course. Sad Puppies[edit]

Should there be at least a mention of the Sad Puppies, as Torgersen obviously viewed this as an important subject? — OttoMäkelä (talk) 11:00, 12 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Twitter Harassment[edit]

There should be a section outlining Torgerson's extensive hate-filled harassment and trolling of the LGBT community online. This seems to be most of the content he is producing. See the following:

"GET READY, GANG! JUNE IS ALMOST HERE! "[2]

"Almost as if a lifestyle based exclusively on addiction and commitment-free hook-ups is mentally, emotionally, and spiritually damaging."[3]

"NBC, let me fix that for you. "San Francisco gayboi politician threatens gay-as-f**k corporate American PR—which is spending billions on Gay Pride symbology right now—for not being gay enough."[4]

"Notice how the Trib won't tell us overlapping mental illness, drug abuse, rap record, and alcoholism stats. Because poor life choices aren't what's going on here. It's just pure homophobia!"[5] Whishfulbone (talk) 16:19, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
