Following the San Francisco redirect model, I'm going to edit Boa Vista to redirect to Boa Vista, Roraima, and move the disamb content to a new Boa Vista (disambiguation) page. Boa Vista is most closely associated with the Roraima city, especially considering that it is a state capital. Of course it's the criterion used in Wikipedia. There are loads of entries in the San Francisco (disambiguation) page, but it was determined that San Francisco is most closely associated with the city in California. That's not prejudgmental, it's reality. Same thing goes for Boa Vista.
