Gentrification?[edit]

Normally a gentrification process involves rapid rises in property prices, leading to the original poorer inhabitants being enticed to sell, and younger generations unable to afford to live in the area. Yet it is stated here that the wealthy incomers are paying cut-rate prices. That is not consistent with a normal gentrification process.
