Expansion[edit]

I am currently working to expand this. It may take some time.

I am still a Wikipedia-newbie, so if I mess something up, please drop me a note here. Thanks.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Demon! (talkcontribs) .

Picture[edit]

Who's that guy on the picture and what's the connection of that picture to this game? Calvero2 14:06, 12 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Probably some dork off American Idol. Looking at the image page, it seems three different images have been uploaded over it in the last few weeks. I reverted the image.--Drat (Talk) 23:00, 12 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Mission 1, Floor 2 Music[edit]

The Mission 1, Floor 2 music sounds a lot like Led Zeppelin Immigrant Song. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.3.146.17 (talk) 23:26, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Copyedit, April 2009[edit]

No issues remain, tag removed. However, it is weak on references. --Sigma 7 (talk) 14:41, 4 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dr. Goldfire's voice[edit]

When you meet Dr. Goldfire he says "You'll never get me!" and "Ha ha ha ha!", sounding exactly like the Zygonaut in Moon Mine on the TI-99/4A. It'd be interesting to compare those sounds side by side. I bet the Blake Stone authors simply digitized those two speech samples from a TI computer's audio output. Gameplay[edit]

I think the mention of 'special level features' needs to be clarified. The way it's phrased now is in more or less explicit comparison to Wolf 3D. But, why are colored key cards 'special'? That is only more use of the silver/gold keys in Wolf 3D, right? I don't see there being anything special about this specific feature.

Also, the secret rooms accessible through pushable wall blocks is not of itself unique or special to Blake Stone, this was in Wolf 3D as well. It is true that Blake Stone used this feature much more extensively than Wolf 3D ever did, so perhaps you could characterize it as a distinguishing feature instead. It would also be more informative to note that the pushable walls come from Wolf 3D.Walker222 (talk) 20:17, 27 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
