Hello! Unfortunately, I am going to quick-fail this article, based on the numerous cleanup banners currently scattered through the article. I see references needed banners in six sections, as well as at the top of the article (which is really overkill, the fact that references are needed does not need to be repeated that many times, but that's a comment for whoever tagged the article). There are also in-line tags, including citation needed and clarification needed. You may want to check out some of the other town articles listed at WP:GA, especially those listed recently, and get a feel for how those articles are structured and referenced.
