1. Possible plagiarism. This article may have been copied from here: OvGuide. Billy Chinook Video | Interviews [1] Retrieved: 23 August 2014. I will edit this article a bit so it does not reflect word for word.

2. The Wasco-Wishram are closely related Chinookan peoples. The Wasco are affiliated with the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Oregon. The Wishram are affiliated with the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation Washington. It was the Wasco who named Lake Billy Chinook in Oregon, not the Wishram. So it is.
