Bill Welke call not notable?[edit]

User:AutomaticStrikeout recently removed verifiable and cited content from the Bill Welke article. The incident has been reported in over 300 different media outlets, but one editor deems it not noteworthy, and so it's gone? Could we discuss as a community this content? - 68.245.179.164 (talk) 03:01, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

While my initial decision to remove the content may have been in error, as the incident may have been notable, the content must also be neutral. Saying that it was a "simple" call is more of an opinion than a fact. AutomaticStrikeout (talk) 17:29, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
