I do not understand why Luiz Lucifer's edits are being reverted when these are all in coordination with WikiProject Big Brother and are globally used on wikipedia under all Big Brother related articles. I have merely made this account to address the issue and bring this point to the highlight so do not waste your time by telling me I'm a sock of user Luiz Lucifer. For your reference I am tagging some link where you can see the exact same format being used to explain series progression ranging from nominations to weekly summary and vote count.

@Chupparg: As I said above and in my edit summery that we care about what outside parties think about the program not inside and Wikipedia is not for promotion so the celebrities who comes to the show they visited for promotion of their shows/films only and we can not promote them here on Wikipedia per WP:NOTPROMOTION. Am pinging @TheRedPenOfDoom and Dharmadhyaksha: who I think can explain better. Chop to contestant bios[edit]

In this edit I made significant cuts to the cast biographies. We're running an encyclopedia here, not a fan site or a gossip site. There's so much content that just isn't relevant, like that one of the guys wears a red kurta and wants to make the world a better place, or that one guy is "lovingly called Babu" by friends. Or that Rohan Mehra is in a "love relationship". What academic purpose is being served by that crap? And for many of the others, there was far more biographical detail than is warranted for a reality show cast. We aren't writing mini Wikipedia articles on these people. There were other issues too, including grammar/spelling problems, redundant content, tonal problems, puffery, and completely inappropriate commentary, like describing a person as a "beauty", as if that's an occupation or something. Housemates subsections - are they necessary?[edit]

In this edit I made the bold change of removing the housemates subsections. It takes up more space than is really necessary. The same thing could be achieved in less space with bullets, and we typically don't have subsections followed by one or two sentences. Usually subsections are warranted by beefier prose paragraphs. If the aesthetics aren't pleasing, another option would be to bold the housemate names, although I would omit any wikilinks from the boldface, as it's just going to look obnoxious. Promotion of promotion[edit]

Re: this, why are we devoting space on the page to describing that actors were on the show to promote X project? What academic service is being provided here? When someone goes on a major talk show, why should we care what they were promoting?
