IPA[edit]

In dialectal differences of Portuguese language found in Baixada Fluminense (and most of Rio de Janeiro state), Belford Roxo is certainly spell /ˈbɛwfɔh ˈχoʃu/, /ˈbɛwfɔ ˈχoʃu/ or /ˈbɛwfɔ ˈʁoʃu/, although /ʁ/ is very rare, often considered old-fashioned, and pronunciation of both 'r's (combination of /h/ and /χ/, first is pronounced more softly) is associated with formality and politeness. Population contradiction[edit]

There appears to be a huge discrepancy in the land area, population and population density numbers. 513,118 people in an area of 30,807sq mi results in 16/ sq mi, not 17,000 as the page says. Probably incorrect land area Oisinvg (talk) 03:51, 24 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
