Neutrality and Verifiability[edit]

I've eliminated about as much non-NPOV, unverifiable, and irrelevant information as I dare; but there are still some things I'm not sure of.

First, is Roy Vreeland ("Afroman"), really a "local celebrity"? If so, could some local please explain why he's notable? (Is it just his hair?) Otherwise, he should probably be deleted for being non-notable.

I'm also unhappy with leaving "prolific" to describe Steve Flint. The adjective seems accurate according to the presented (though not sourced) facts, but it doesn't sound encyclopedic.

Podunk small towns are notorious for insignificant bs like this. Ever see a newspaper from a <2000 population town? It's just stuff like "Randy Pitchford, 17, of Nashville IL complimented his mother on the new curtains she put in their house" No kidding, waste of paper -----SCEMSA 13 JUL 2010

Cleanup and rewrite needed[edit]

The article still has multiple issues. Note that the Town of Bayfield website has some good info that could be incorporated into the article. Pete Tillman (talk) 18:15, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
