Fair use rationale for Image:Mgtu emblema.gif[edit]

Image:Mgtu emblema.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. References (or lack thereof)[edit]

The article has no references whatsoever, therefore the template indicating this problem was added. The editor removing it is known in ptwiki for his "dislike" of tags, and is doing the reversions on account of a personal vendetta, after I placed a similar tag on his translation of this article ([1]). WP:PROMO & WP:COPYVIO[edit]

Regretfully added a {{Promotion}} template; large parts of the article are lifted directly from the English-language About page on the university’s Web site at:
