The Battle of Rumbo was fought in April not August of 2017. There are several good articles on it- the following are links: The Soldier's Burden: http://www.kaiserscross.com/188001/433401.html. A second is The Fight at Rumbo: http://www.westernfrontassociation.com/the-great-war/great-war-on-land/other-war-theatres/1990-the-fight-at-rumbo-german-east-africa-18-april-1917.html. I am not sure where they got the August date from.
