About Phanom minor district[edit]

On History paragraph, There are strange sentence;

In 1899 the southern part was split of as Prasaeng district and Phanom minor district.

If this Phanom minor district mentions Phanom district, it causes the contradiction on history paragraph of Phanom district and Royal Gazette attached on the page tells lie. So What is This Phanom minor district?--Anan 15:19, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
