Names[edit]

I need some help in tracking down first names for some of the winners and medalists. Tewapack (talk) 05:51, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Australian Amateur Stroke Play championship[edit]

https://www.golf.org.au/site/_content/document/00010053-source.pdf mentions "2011 SRIXON AUSTRALIAN MEN’S STROKE PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP". This was the last year of 72 hole qualifying. https://www.golf.org.au/site/_content/document/00011029-source.pdf has "2012 AUSTRALIAN MEN’S AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP Qualifying Rounds" which makes me think the stroke play championship was abandoned at that point (or played at another time perhaps).Ryan Evans (golfer) (2014) does talk about his being the medalist. Brady Watt (2013) does too but then have him winning the Australian Amateur Stroke Play. Cameron Smith (golfer) (2012) has him winning the Australian Amateur Stroke Play in both 2011 and 2012. All a bit confusing. Nigej (talk) 15:02, 12 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
