The result of the move request was: moved. Not only due to consensus and conventions cited, but also to revert an undiscussed "I don't like it" move. (non-admin closure)Ceso femmuin mbolgaig mbung, mellohi! (投稿) 00:22, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

– The main station should not have had identifiers, and ja-wiki lists the main station as Asakusa Station (浅草駅) in addition to separating the Tsukuba Express station into a separate article Exp691 (talk) 01:59, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move of associated disambiguation page. Rotideypoc41352 (talk · contribs) 14:00, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per MOS:JAPAN § Train and subway stations as quoted in Wikipedia:WikiProject Trains in Japan/Style § Station names: Stations on private lines that have the same name as other train or subway stations in the same prefecture are disambiguated as Z Station (PrivateCo). For example, there are two stations named Asakusa Station both located in Asakusa, Tokyo. One is an interchange station for 3 different train companies and one is a smaller station for the Tsukuba Express. As a default, the major station would be Asakusa Station, while the Tsukuba Express station is Asakusa Station (Tsukuba Express) (formatting original). Based on the move logs, Izumi5 (talk) moved the page November 2006 in Special:Diff/87133519 with the edit summary It seemed unfair to Tsukuba Express station. That fails to refute the major station as primary topic. The fact that the Asakusa Station dab stayed a dab for over fifteen years may present an argument for no primary topic based on page name stability. That's a relatively weak reason for ignoring the above-linked MOS and WikiProject conventions, though. Rotideypoc41352 (talk · contribs) 16:59, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
