Tags[edit]

This article is non-neutral in that it concentrates on the negative and does describe the positive. For instance at Economy of Armenia I notice a great deal of trade between the two countries. The article has OR in that has unsourced information such as the Aryan stuff and also uses a web forum as one of its sources. I have also placed tags requesting the attention of an expert from wikiproject Armenia and wikiproject Israel as I'm not an expert on this topic. Pocopocopocopoco 03:38, 1 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think relations in BC are irrelevant for many reasons. Plus Israeli-Armenian relations are not THAT good. In fact they are pretty sour basically because Israel refuses to recognize the Armenian genocide, and Israel is Turkey's number one weapons supplier. Picture regarding the Armenian Genocide committed by Turkey[edit]

User Vikiçizer claims that we should place an Ottoman and not a Turk on the description of the picture. However this picture is a famous one and it is known that it is a Turk who teasses the Armenians in the picture. Society of Armenian-Jewish friendship "ArEv" symbol - [edit]

Who can tell me where to find the image of Society of Armenian-Jewish friendship "ArEv" symbol - . Society Armenian-Jewish friendship "ArEv" was established in Armenia in 1990 - Общество Армяно-Еврейской дружбы «АрЕв» (in Russian). I uploaded his own version, but I would like to have the original image or a link to a web page with him. Do you think the proposed version is suitable for use in wikipedia? Lots of problems[edit]

First and foremost, this article contains few primary sources which are overused. So it needs more sources, and not relating to war necessarily. I have fixed sections of the article, which were mixed and tangled into one another, updated it with current information, added some quick sources and removed some hints of antisemitic propaganda. --92slim (talk) 02:53, 16 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Scare quotes[edit]

Scare quotes refer to the use of quote marks, often in a similar manner to including the phrase "so-called". A user added scare quotes to the text, like this:

Israel supported Azerbaijan with weapons and ammunition during the Nagorno-Karabakh War against Armenia in the early 1990s, for "geopolitical reasons". "The threat of the Islamic Republic of Iran" was taken into account.

Clearly, that's insane, so I reverted a while back. Recently 92slim keeps adding it back, I suspect by mistake. I suspect he's trying to add back the Holocaust denial part; not sure that's an improvement, but that's a different matter. Bromley86 (talk) 17:03, 3 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
