Sunk "without warning"[edit]

What is the use of this Germanophobic remark? No one could seriously expected a "warning" of an unmarked vessel travelling in a convoy under RN escort, all of that during the war's fourth year after unrestricted submarine warfare had openly declared. --Reibeisen (talk) 10:13, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
