Issue tag[edit]

Hi: I just tagged this with the "confusing" template because, as a lay reader, I found it hard to grasp the context in which the article's ideas are being discussed. The sentence I found particularly confusing was this: "Antahkarana is higher than that level because a lower upadhi than karana includes the emotions."

Can anyone elaborate? Gonzonoir (talk) 18:11, 13 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think I had some misunderstanding of the article. Someone has added to it, and I have improved the section I wrote.--Dchmelik (talk) 11:48, 26 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Antahkarana and Reiki, Tai-Chi and Kung Fu[edit]

Antahkarana is an integral part of Juai Kung Karbo Kung Fu and Tai-Chi forms. It is also a master attunement symbol in Shihando Reiki. Representing the "inner cause," Antahkarana attunes the practitioner to their higher mind, enabling them to acquire clarity of the truth of their soul and life's purpose. It represents the bridge between two worlds: between the higher and lower minds. Seeking attunement to the higher mind brings practitioners to a new level of consciousness, allowing for true clarity of thought and emotion. This clarity makes possible an easy crossing over into new dimensions (ascension) and/or death (via the Bardo experience). Practicing this symbol both at and beyond the physical with martial arts and Reiki is critical to personal growth and clear energy acceleration. 47.196.70.121 (talk) 17:59, 23 July 2019 (UTC)Shihan Lynn Montana Freemãn[reply]
