I see no point whatsoever in adding country tags (Helsinki, Finland instead of Helsinki) to the host cities list. The article makes it plainly clear that this convention is only ever held in Finnish cities. As well as that, all of the links with the country tags are redirects to articles without the tags (for example, Helsinki, Finland redirects to Helsinki). I very much doubt there are cities named Helsinki, Tampere, Turku or Jyväskylä anywhere else. (Well there might be some Finnish immigrant colonies in Minnesota, USA with a population of a couple hundred or something, but who would seriously think this convention is held there?)
