Why this was created[edit]

I found that the Andkhoy article was frequently switching from referencing the district and the town. So I am splitting that article, removing references to the district (and moving them here) and moving it to Andkhoy (city). I can insert categories and wiki projects when I move it to mainspace.--Danre98^{(talk^contribs)} 05:23, 23 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
