'A mental illness' -- which?[edit]

The article claims that Alexander showed symptoms of "a" mental illness and lived in a sanatorium, but does not explain which mental illness, or even what its symptoms might be. What did he suffer from? --96.93.223.61 (talk) 19:56, 20 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
