The cited Supreme Court search results give the subject's names as "Alexander Capo-Carrillo, aka Alex Trujillo, aka Alex" and formally refer to him as "Alexander Capo-Carrillo". However, the article drops the hyphen in the name. If one is citing a source with the person's name in it, then make sure the source spells it the same way as is being used in the article. Also, since this person has multiple names, and the article alleges he is better known by a particular name, then cite sources to verify that statement. Once the best name to use is determined, then only use that name to refer to the subject throughout the article. This article appears to use "Capo Carrillo" and "Trujillo" inconsistently, so I am confused if we are talking about a single person, multiple people, or somebody who has changed their name partway through their life. I get the feeling that there is a whole lot of back story to this person that editors know but has been omitted when summarizing this person's biography.
