Date of birth[edit]

If he was born on March 16, 1901, then he would have been 71 when he died on May 11, 1972, not 70 (as stated in the infobox). Is the year of birth erroneous, or his his age at death erroneous? Jwicklatz (talk) 03:07, 19 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The text of this article states his age at his death as 71 (inconsistent with the infobox). The article "List of blues musicians" gives the year of his birth as 1902 (inconsistent with the article on Seward). Jwicklatz (talk) 04:07, 19 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
